By accessing or using ShellorBit at shellorbit.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Aceloking ("we," "us," or "our").

ShellorBit is a free web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate draft answers for vendor security questionnaires and to generate sample compliance questionnaires for various security frameworks. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account creation.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots to make requests beyond normal human usage
• Submit content containing credentials, passwords, personal data of individuals, or sensitive proprietary data not required to answer a security questionnaire
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service output at scale for commercial redistribution
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or mislead any party

The answers and questionnaires generated by ShellorBit are produced by artificial intelligence and are draft starting points only. They are based on industry-standard security best practices and may not reflect the actual security posture, certifications, or infrastructure of your organization.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any third party. We strongly recommend that a qualified security professional review the output before submission. ShellorBit and Aceloking are not liable for any decisions made based on unreviewed AI-generated content.

The AI-generated answers and questionnaires produced by the Service for your submitted input are provided to you for your own use. You may reproduce, modify, and distribute them as needed for your business purposes. ShellorBit does not claim ownership over output generated from your inputs.

The ShellorBit application, interface, branding, and underlying software are owned by Aceloking and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce the application itself.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In particular, questionnaire text you submit is processed server-side and immediately discarded — it is never stored, logged, or used to train any AI model.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We impose rate limits (currently 5 requests per IP address per minute) to ensure fair access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aceloking and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, loss of business opportunities, or security incidents.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
